These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Level Platform AI (the "Service"), operated by AGENCIA 40-15 LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Level Platform AI is an omnichannel conversational platform that provides a unified inbox, AI agents and automation workflows, and allows you to connect third-party services such as Google Sheets and Google Calendar to automate tasks.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any third-party account or channel you link to the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited or prohibited messages, to infringe the rights of others, or in violation of the policies of any connected channel or platform (including Google, Meta and others).
When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and policies. We access connected-service data only to provide the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software and content, is owned by AGENCIA 40-15 LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGENCIA 40-15 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect any integration at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
