This Privacy Policy explains how Level Platform AI ("we", "us", "the Service"), operated by AGENCIA 40-15 LLC, collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our omnichannel conversational AI platform and its integrations.
If you choose to connect your Google account, we request access only to the scopes needed for the features you enable:
Google Sheets (.../auth/spreadsheets): to read and write the spreadsheet you explicitly select, so your automated flows can create, update or delete rows of data such as contacts, sales, replies or metrics.
Google Calendar (.../auth/calendar.events): to create, update or cancel calendar events on your behalf so appointments scheduled through your conversational flows stay in sync.
We access this data only to provide the features you request, and only for the resources you explicitly choose.
We use the information described above solely to operate and provide the Service's features that you enable — for example, logging conversation data into your chosen spreadsheet or scheduling appointments in your calendar. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Level Platform AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read this data unless: (a) you have given explicit consent for specific data, (b) it is necessary for security purposes, (c) it is required to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized and used for internal operations.
We do not sell your data. We may share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls. Authorization tokens for connected services are stored securely and are used only to perform the actions you authorize. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the integration within the Service.
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect an integration or delete your account, the associated access tokens and connected-service data are deleted within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
